The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and proven customer relationship skills. Has a proven and verifiable track record successfully managing multiply accounts in a large region and has the ability to represent our firm in a highly professional manner.
.The candidate must have 5+ years experience in the industry or a related industry and be available to travel, take emergency calls 24/7 and have the motivation to succeed in a challenging work environment.
We are seeking a relationship driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as client point-of-contact for day-to-day site issues, and expeditiously and proactively identify, address, and resolve client needs
- Conduct walk-through with client and other company representative as appropriate
- Work closely with Field Supervisor(s) and production staff to ensure all services are performed according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills; develop morale and recognize employee achievements; foster opportunities for professional development of employees
- Analyze and understand cost reports and budget variances related to contract projects
- Routinely monitor sites for quality, assess opportunities for potential maintenance, or other repairs as necessary
- Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and best practices
Skills:
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Meet with Key Accounts on a Weekly Basis
- Strictly monitor and enforce operating budget
- Implement cost-cutting measures
- Establish and maintain excellent communication with a diverse client base
- Perform weekly site inspections to ensure contract scope of work is being met and fulfilled.
- Immediately address client complaints and work towards resolution.
- Seek new revenue sources with existing client base.
- Work closely with customer service and senior executives.
- B.A. degree preferred but not required
- Exceptional business and managerial skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel.
- Possess a Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred
COMPENSATION: Salary, Healthcare Coverage, Company Car, and Incentive Based Sales Package available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
